An O&C Anarch Twist on Chaos-May.

Weaknesses compared to that deck: No Levy - Probably Biggest Weakness, can't retrieve economy cards No R&D Multi Access.
Special Order/Deja Vu/Retrieval Run are weaker than Test Run/Scavenge 45 Cards Slightly less overall money, especially without Levy.

Strengths: Flatilne Protection (Big issue for that deck in my experience) Whizzard Credits Ice Trashing (Probably the biggest advantage, slightly offsets monetary concerns.)

Considerations: Remove Prepaid. Add some other event, preferably economy. Remove Special Order, add Lucky Find. Will probably slow the deck down too much. Remove Legwork, 1 Special Order, add two Lucky Find. Might be a good middle ground.
