Took this to a Store Champ tourney, went undefeated (no cut) with it. I think it has mostly good matchups, including Sifr, even though it plays quite glaciery. The deck runs a lot of economy and cheap taxing ice, so you can rez them again and again after they've been trashed and reinstalled with FiHP. Ice placement is key to winning as most of the ice is somewhat positional or has better synergy when thought that way.
As innermost ice: IP Block, Macrophage: the traces are much more impactful if the runner has already spent credits getting past other ice. If you have a decent money advantage, consider boosting Macrophage ETR trace slightly, as it will keep the runner poor if they do beat it, and otherwise save the access. Macrophage usually goes on R&D, but it can be quite useful elsewhere as well.
As outermost ice: Architect, Magnet: Architect with another sentry after it helps fight against Forked. For Magnet, it's often best to keep it unrezzed over any Fairchild 3.0 or Ichi 1.0 especially against Anarchs as they will attempt to destroy the inner ice (with Parasite or Spooned) and fail when Magnet is rezzed.
Another important thing is to know how to win a matchup: for some you need to get a bunch of credits so you can fight traces or trash things (fair Security Nexus decks, "fair" DLR mill) or reinstall everything with FiHP, other times you need to rush (unfair Sec Nexus DLR mill or sometimes Shapers with infinite instant Parasite Sifring).
Oh, and Lab Dog is not great. But every now and again it demolishes a console and it's GG. It's also reinstallable with FiHP vs Clone Chips + Parasite, which isn't horrible.
