My Stockholm Regionals 2015 Corp Deck. Sets up to Breaker Bay was legal. Ended on 3rd place of 35 players. Don't remember the exact record, but was mainly thanks to this deck.
Kinda straight forward - score out agendas while offering a smörgåsbord of threats for the Runner. Hopefully the Runner doesn't run and you can score out or, preferably, the Runner dies trying.
And yes, the deck's economy is somewhat weak have to rely on small bursts of cash to maintain or create a threat, fairly cheap ice to be able to defend early and tries to tax the runners' hands to slowly them down.
Agendas might look a bit clashing. But Hostile Takeover is mainly there as a easy last point to score after scoring 6 points. Against very cautious Runners an early Posted Bounty can be a game changer (ender) - way better agenda than False Lead imo.
Cortex Lock was a last second addition (at the cost of -1 Snare!). I didn't regret it. Didn't kill anyone but crippled the hands of early snooping Runners.
Archer is still awesome and is often the deck's last chance to score against set up big rigs.
SEA Source too is still just amazing to have available for Atlas counters. Won me a couple of games.
Dedicated Response Team was probably the biggest letdown. Came to use maybe once or twice and only for a bit of tax. Can of course do wonders with Snare!, but doesn't happen too often it seems.
So, ye. Make early remotes, try to score, keep trying until a kill window appears. A lot of decks will stomp this deck in the late game so can't slow down too much.
And most important of all - the deck is very fun to play.
