This is almost identical to mauxfire's build posted a couple of weeks ago. Only change I made was I used Bernice Mai instead of marked accounts as I found I had more Econ than I felt I needed and I dropped a shipment from San San for a freelancer. In theory, this was to try and knock out resources like security testing, in practice that never happened and freelancer should be a 3rd fast track. Bernice is ok, the only benefit is that the runner has to deal with her right now, whereas marked accounts they can look at it and come back later to trash.
That said, this deck went undefeated in Swiss, and though I lost in the first round of eliminations that really can't be blamed on the deck, my opponent played very well, and I made some play errors that he was able to capitalize on.

Hey, thanks for building the deck! I couldn't really find any way to tweak it too much, it was already great. The 3 biotics, fast track, and shipment from San San were critical for me. Bernice was a non-factor in that tournament, much the same as marked accounts would have been. She was only intended to pick off resources, so no real tag punishment. I probably wouldn't play her now, marked accounts is more consistent, and if you want an upgrade crisium grid might be more useful. |
Awesome. Glad that you did so well with it!
How do you punish them for being tagged? I would probably just float tags against you. Although it could trick me into thinking you're running a kill deck.
