Weasley's Got Himself a Howler! V2 - The Second Year

A revision of the previous build, building from advice that was kindly offered and much appreciated. The only thing I didn't meddle with was the agenda suite, so I'd welcome any recommendations in that regard. It's definitely a lot of fun, regardless!

For those who missed it, the basic plan is Offer into Howler. During this forced run, they have no clicks with which to break bioroids, and Ryon Knight can also fire. Blue Level Clearance has been working thus far, as it leaves you with the ideal amount of credits to both play Offer and rez Howler. Having one Self-Destruct Chips scored means a Janus 1.0 to the face is lethal, and it's just so satisfying to see the look on an uninformed runner's face when he doesn't know your game plan.
