The aim of the deck is to try and keep the runner low on programs so you can score agendas. The Midseason usually scares the runner into wasting time and money for multiple turns, or I use it to get off a Scorched Earth. I added GRNDL Refinery for some bluff and money, and an extra Shipment from Kaguya to help advance stuff.

Looking good. I love seeing Refineries getting into more decks. Only reccommendation I have is to swap the Corporate Wars out and put in two more Project Atlas. The 3/2 will help you rush the points through, and the overscore will give you a very tangible benefit if you have the window to pump it.
That said, I've never gotten Corporate War to be scored at a time where it didn't screw me over. It's possible your experience with it has been a lot better.
