Decent never advance HB deck. I went with ETF because it's the best ID. Play to score and do brain damage as can.
Traps are Corporate Troubleshooter and Marcus Batty which are good with never advance strategies. Deck is slightly janky with Corporate Troubleshooter being best for something like Brainstorm and Marcus Batty being best for Heimdal 2.0. Switch those pairings and they are much less effective, but not terrible.
Lots of operation economy some with built in card draw. I only have so many Jackson Howards, and they aren't in this deck. May be worth switching some stuff out for 3x Jackson Howards if others want to use this deck. I would start by cutting 1x Crick and 2x Rainbows.
There are some things you can do like trying to put out a Mother Goddess on the remote and score some stuff early with no other ice or just with Excalibur on HQ if you think that will work. Or put something ETR + Excalibur + Batty on the remote and try to score that way, maybe never advancing out a 4 advance card.
Mostly you just play fair and try to put reasonable taxes where they want to hit and look for windows to score or wreck them with the traps or both. It's worth installing a Brainstorm and getting up to 9c on turn 1 in order to possibly luck into a bye.
With 6x ice 9c+ there is at least some chance to Biotic out an Accelerated Beta Test from hand and hit a large piece of ice for free and get a major advantage that way. If an Agenda goes to the archives, I hope you drew the Crick. Crick can also potentially get out some of the traps for free if they go to the archives from an Accelerated Beta Test.
One or more of the 4 cost agendas should probably be Corporate Sales Team, but I don't have those.

A bit of philosophy to go along with this...
There are no wrong threats, only wrong answers. Put out your thing and give them a hoop to jump though. If they can't, you win. If they can, put out another thing and give them another hoop to jump through.
Give them opportunities to accidentally lose the game. Facechecking a Brainstorm with no breakers hurts. Some % of your games will be them losing on turn 1 or 2 from that. Those are free % before you have to do any real work.
Even if it's just 1 or 2 brain damage you get off in a game, maybe that's 1 or 2 key cards they really could have used. Maybe a 3 hand instead of a 5 hand prevents them from holding cards they wanted to hold. That's more free % for you.
Maybe your Accelerated Beta Test fires and gets you a free Heimdal 2.0. That's some more free % without you having to do a lot of work for it.
Set yourself up to be able to harvest that free percentage when the runner gives it to you.
