HB Test v3 [Core x1]

The third version of my 1x Core Set HB deck. This has taken into account many of the suggestions I've received in v1 and v2. This is likely the last version of this deck, as my next decks will take advantage of datapacks.

Note: My winning percentage is just over 60% with this one, and in general all of the games (both wins and losses) have been very close. This is against Runner decks that are also only using 1x Core Set.
