I play a similar concept for my Argus Security deck, but I have a slightly different agenda loadout: 2x Glenn Station, 2x Hostile Takeover, 2x False Lead, 3x Project Atlas, 1x Government Takeover.

You want multiple small agendas to trigger your ID ability and/or feed to Archer. False Lead works particularly well in this deck because once it's scored you can massively control the runner's turn (if they run on click 2, you can end their turn immediately after the run's completed and they can't clear tags, for example).

I'd also highly recommend fitting more GRNDL Refineries for economy and baiting runs, and Snares are fantastic for tagging the runner and putting damage on them that Plascrete can't soak.

Dedicated Response Team is almost an auto-include in my mind, you can do so much damage to the runner by chipping away at their health with small pings from the ID ability and DRT. If you know that they're going to access a Snare! or pass through tagging ICE, you can often get a kill just with the DRT.
