Chaotic Neutral

gist: make a neutral cards only runner deck, inspired by friend's (nearly, he didn't have the cards, and I definitely don't) neutral corp deck.

not only could i do it, this might be decent? loads of econ, so credit inefficiency of crypsis isn't awful (other option was overmind, with uninstall) rachel beckman might help with the click inefficiency

don't really expect it to do well, but might function?

whizzard for better econ? or quetzal for free barrier breaks (seeing as either crypsis or overmind would love not having to spend counters). the identity isn't the point.
