The deck has the shell of a Fast Advance deck, but it uses Profiteering to gain 15 credits, that is enough to Biotic Labor/Sansan out 2 more Agendas.
Labor costs (-4) credits, HB identity gives you (+1) for installing Agenda, Advancing Agendas cost (-3). If you start the turn with 6 credits you can labor out Profiteering giving you 15 credits. You can then Labor/Sansan out more Agendas from hand.
You probably should only have 3 Bad Pub in total, anything more might start to hurt. Depending on how much credits you have can you choose not to get a Bad Pub from Profiteering or any of the other modes.
