This is my current foundry deck that went 3-2 at the crossroads store championship this weekend. It’s loses were to parasite, siphon recursion whizzard and a failed beta test that dumped six agenda points into archives (ouch).

Pro’s: First off, foundry really turns on the grail ice. Whenever your rez one, you are guaranteed it has 2 subroutines and the triple merlin has to be respected. The 2 corporate trouble shooters are there to get a surprise kill with a too strong to break merlin or surprise program destruction with lancelot. The punitive’s are good surprises and punishment for unwary runners (this weekend I got to triple punitive someone to death for stealing a 2 point agenda, and yes this is as awesome as it sounds). Once you have 2 in hand you can stock up on money and make them come to you.

The foundry helps fix the bioroid “click” issue because it is easy to stack them (triple eli R&D’s are common) and if they are clicking they are not installing or getting credits.

The mélange economy can be recurred with architect and baits expensive or ill prepared runs into the remote. The beta tests help get rezzed ice out and while not dependable the eden fragment means you can make some really taxing servers.

Con’s: The deck is weak to parasite and I think subsequent versions will replace the NEXT ice with something else. It was too difficult to get enough of them rezzed to make them scary and 1 or 2 of parasites just neuter them entirely.

There might be econ issues with a bad draw but so far in the 10 games I’ve played with it, it hasn’t been an issue.
