Building on the work of DrunkenGineer, I have averaged the 5 Near-Earth Hubs that made the Top 16 cut at Gen Con 2015.

This was a hard one to "average" because of the split between the two main NEH archetypes: 3 Butchershop, 2 Fastrobiotics. I probably wouldn't play this averaged deck, but it would be interesting to see the Frankenstein monster in action.
