Once you're set up, each piece of ICE being rezzed gives you 1 card+1 credit per Employee. Use Crescentus (and recur as needed) to derez ICE. Keep all you cards with ease via Box-E. Defend yourself from tagging using your recurring trace credits from Employees.

I love Modded as an econ card! So underrated! I wish it could work with SMC.

I like the idea, but I wonder if it mightn't be better out of criminal? That way you get emergency shutdown to go with crescentus, and hostage to fetch your employees. I also think snitch could be a fun addition to a deck of that type. With snitch you can always know what you're running into, so you only give the corp the opportunity to rez ETR ice that you can just bounce off of, and then you profit from consciousness/employees. Rezzing those ice starts to look suboptimal to the corp when you have that set up, so you might get a few free accesses out of it too. Admittedly it's jank, and probably slow jank at that, but potentially interesting.
