PP Kate

Pre-Paid Kate is back. The goal is to R&D lock your opponent with big R&D runs with RDI/Makers Eye/Equivocation hopefully with a Freedom Through Equality up. You should see enough cards to have some time to recover and then make another big run.

The deck uses 2 Levy's. I've found that if I throw one in the bin, my opponent will usually target Levy with Ark Lockdown, figuring there's only 1 in the deck. Having 2 is also incentive to Levy a little early if you've drawn most of your econ cards.

It's a decent meta call, since there are very few resources, as there has been a lot of resource hate floating around lately (Scarcity of Resources, MCA, Voter Intimidation etc.)

I would really like to fit influence for a Legwork or HQ Interface, but its just too tight.

Overall its a fun deck to pilot and fairly versatile
