Recursion, Recursion, Recursion. The deck that goes on and on and on, and passively taxes the runner forever and for everything. The agendas tax, runner setup taxes, running taxes, trashing taxes, doing nothing taxes.
Recursion suite is Hades, Museum, Architect, Crick, and Jacko. Since IG needs cards face down in archives that means you have to constantly be pumping cards back out of Archives into R&D.
Punishment suite. This deck is punishing, whatever you do it hates you for it. Trashing is more costly thanks to the ID. This lets things like Sundew and Bio-Ethics be present in a non-RP deck. If you don't clear archives (which should have Shock!) you take net damage and give the corp money - catch 22, sort of. If you decide not to run, hunker down, and setup - Housekeeping and Ronin will tax/punish you for doing nothing.
Win condition. There isn't really one. You basically try to annoy the runner to the point they think they need to build up granting you a free scoring window or by having been so taxing that they can't stop you from scoring. Scoring with this deck in a vacuum is tough. The ICE isn't strong and the agendas are expensive, but a few points is at least possible, the last one though is probably going to be hard.
The point of the ICE is largely just suppression and control. Bako gives some flexibility making the ICE Suite feel a little bigger than it is. Recursion ICE allows you to control your past and Yagura/Architect gives you some control over your future. The control you get isn't nearly as much of a point for deciding what happens with you as it is deciding what does/doesn't happen for the runner. Whole point is to piss him off.
