[Neo] Hoshiko Goes Fast and Breaks Things

Hello, all!

This is a deck made for the Neo format. It's a community run format that can be succinctly described as "all the Startups with a banlist". So it's ashes, sg, su, borealis. And the banlist is endurance, rezeki, k2cp, and cyberdex.

With that out of the way, here's one of the decks I've been running a lot to see how well runners can perform with the significant nerfs to their cardpool. The answer? Still really well. This deck goes real fast and runs a lot and trashes the few good ice corps get to play. You always mulligan to find dreamnet or poemu. Mantle to charge twinning during corp turn. That's all really.

It struggles against PD because it goes just as fast so it's a bit of a luck of the draw matchup. It's far too rich to really be worried about cayambe grid or gamenet and if those corp decks turn out too hard to deal with simply ltf their server.

It should maybe run Raindrops Cut and Bankhar. Such modifications are left as an exercise to the reader.
