HB Precision Design - System Gateway and System Update

This deck is designed around using Biotic Labor to score agendas directly from hand, particularly Project Vitruvius and Superconducting Hub. Scoring agendas with Haas-Bioroid: Precision Design allows us to recur Biotic Labor and operation-based economy cards, namely Hedge Fund and Government Subsidy. Spin Doctor is another way to reuse the operation-based economy cards, while also providing card draw. Ice is mostly focused protecting R&D and HQ by taxing the runners actions and credits.
