1) Famous and influential decks from the history of the game

2) Use only rotated / banned cards to create decks

3) Decks do not share any cards, so they can live in a box and be brought out anytime. (Like a board game)

4) Follow custom “balancing” methods to add extra influence to power cards to keep power level down (Casual “kitchen table” play experience).

5) Purposely not optimize decks to allow room to add or subtract power cards to balance decks in future.
