This is Fast Advance Titan Transnational that everyone seems to be into, these days! The idea is to ICE up centrals hard and wait/Jackson for that Trick of Light Atlas combo. It runs pretty inexpensively due to the cosmic ICE.

Reclamation Order so you can set up for more ToLs after spending one or two (or three!). It's especially useful when you have 2 ToL in Archives since you can get set to score a Geothermal Fracking from hand. The NAPDs are there to cost the runner money, not necessarily score because there's also bad pub in this deck. If you can score one, though, go right ahead and do it! Crisium Grid is a nice counter to a lot of different cards that may be annoying. Wanton Destruction is your worst nightmare.

I used to have Mark Yale but I replaced him with more ICE. I found that I rarely scored Firmware Updates over any other agenda, and when I did I got almost as much return on the counters putting them on celestial ICE as selling them. I found myself wanting more when dealing with things like ICE destruction and especially MaxX, who kinda suffers when you can stack ICE two high and replace ICE that have a Parasite or Knight on them.

I would say also to not be afraid to advance Ice Walls. They can give pretty good returns when comboing with Commercialization. Especially if you're in a position where you can burn a Reclamation Order on them!
