Netdecked this and modified.
Fairly agressive deck on resources and Running.
Breaker might be a bit light, but looking for options on making it a bit better.

This is definitely a great starting point for an Andromeda deck - however, it seems to me that you're lacking focus. You have a bunch of cool plans in motion (Parasites and Deja Vu, Link and Underworld Contact, Inside Man -> Prepaid VoicePAD -> Events), but none of them seem to be fully developed.
I would suggest that you pick just one or two of these plans and stick to it. For example, looks like Prepaid VoicePAD (PPVP) does not really need the support from Inside Man (you don't really want more than one of each of the other Hardware). On the other hand, The Supplier could help you with your resources in addition to pumping the Hardware. You would not need Dyson Mem Chip if you could get link more reliably - so how about replacing them with 2x Hostage to tutor for The Helpful AI?
Another weak spot seems to be the lack of icebreakers. While you might get early wins thanks to pressure, most games would still go to the mid- to late-game; for these games you probably want a more fleshed out breaker suite. Keep 1x or 2x Overmind and the Parasites, but supplement them with other breakers such as Passport, Corroder, "Rex", etc.
