Score Superconducting Hub before, and have a full hand for, scoring Luminal Transubstantiation to maximize your options for the extra turn. Scoring LT with Malapert would be super juicy. You can't score afterward, but tutoring a Seamless and then iaa with the extra clicks would guarantee a next-turn score with clicks to spare.
Be sure to ICE up HQ with all the draw the deck has.
Tags are really just for the draw from PP and to be a nuisance when you can. Adjust if it doesn't work for you. The deck had a Retribution or two at some point, but they got cut for the Spin Doctors.
A note for Malapert: Be careful installing your revealed cards. Try to keep the runner guessing. The Urtica could come in handy for that, although advancing it would give it away. IRL be sure to shuffle HQ after adding the revealed card.

Turn 5 win w/Urtica Cipher. Installed naked turn 1, ICE'd turn 2. Installed/ICE'd/scored agenda turns 2-3. Advanced Urtica and installed upgrade turn 4, and runner bit. They also stole 5 points by then for lack of good central ICE. Originally, only 3/12 ICE were gear checks. Fixed now.
