Are you a fiscal conservative? Do Liberals make your blood boil when they try to raise taxes, then spend it all? Then look away, because this deck sure is going to make your blood BOIL! It takes money from the runner, and spend it all on frivolous entertainment and vanity political projects (For extra theme points, replace NAPD with some other 4/2 - real liberals obviously don't spend money on Law and Order!)
This deck packs no less than 14 Advertisements to take advantage of Spark's ability. So many runner economies are finely balanced on 1/2 creds that the tempo loss from losing a cred can be critical in stopping the runner playing key tempo cards. Is Kate clearly clicking up towards a lucky find or sure gamble? Has andy left just enough money to drop a daily casts? Well not anymore! This tempo hit allows you to extend/open scoring windows, and the constant drain on the runner's creds will be just as annoying as playing against a Reina deck.
The deck also has the ability to make loads of money, allowing you to rez ice, Fast advance, or play the glacier game in deep remote servers! You run some of the most incredibly annoying ice for runners to deal with; Eli, Tollbooth, Architect, Archer, and unlike most NBN decks, you have the ability to defend all your centrals against Datasucker runs. Then, at the end of the server, they run into Ashes, product placements and the like that sap their credits dry, making it even harder for them to come back in again.
Some Star cards include Launch Campaign, which can sit in your scoring remote while you wait for an agenda, Pads, which now drain money (as well as protecting themselves), and special offers, which are like Hedge Funds if the runner doesn't break them.
