Tanzanian Breakfast

A version of the Arella/Fast Break R+ combo deck using Mwanza City Grid to feed the runner extra agendas while making money for the combo turn. Mwanza can make things a bit more precarious if the runner can stack enough multi-access to steal the FoIs before you're ready to go off, so it can sometimes be worth overinstalling a rezzed Mwanza to take the pressure off a bit.
