Passive Economy Kate (core only)

I'll have to see where I go from here for v2.0 when I get more cards as it could use some changes. Like, there's a lot in creation and control to consider if I got that.

Considering changes on the femme/pipeline/sentry breaker front.

Constructive criticism appreciated. It's probably not that great, tbh, but I like it. It's my first deck that I would say was well designed, which isn't to say anything on the quality of it but the process of making it.

I think it will be "my runner deck" or at least "my shaper deck" for a while, undergoing changes as I play it and as I get new cards.
