Is playing against grindy Jinteki always a NPE? I'm not sure of the answer, but I've had a lot of fun with this spiky build and have only had a few salty opponents.
Playing it is pretty straightforward. Grind like a glacier deck, letting your defenses carry you to the mid-game. The goal should be to stay as rich as possible to rez our ICE and be able to fire our Snares and optimize Code Replicator uses, preferably on runs when Runner will steal double-advanced agendas. Depending on the match up, you can play to score out or decimate their stack/grip where stealing Obokata is impossible. Scoring out takes good recognition of windows, but the suite means both players have to get three agendas, which is not easy on either side.
The obvious main splash is Housekeeping. IMO it's worth the 9 influence because it's oppressive paired with PU's ability and having a current counter for Employee Strike is always a benefit. Biased Reporting also usually pays off well and will sometimes be an option for Genotyping recursion. With Genotyping and Breached Dome, this deck wants to use Archives as a safe place to pitch agendas to keep HQ managable (esp if Mwanza is sitting in the root trying to force the flatline). I probably average, per game, one Bacterial Programming discard into Archives with the next turn Genotyping it back in because it's rare a Runner will risk the Breached Dome damage.
Lots of ICE in the deck. Anansi is fantastic on any server, esp with Code Replication threat (shouts out to Komainu too). Kakugo is obviously a must have in PU and never slouches in any match up. My favorite part of the suite however is all the cool (and powerful) Trap ICE. Sandstorm sitting at 5 str means it can usually protect the scoring remote reliably or deflect the meaningful run events if you stick on a central. Sadaka almost feels broken being able to trash a resource for just a single HQ discard. Being able to stack R&D is awesome too. And Mganga can be a kill card under the right circumstances. You're never upset if you don't win psi and only ping Runner for one, which normally relaxes you enough to win it anyway.
Have fun trying it out! Eager to hear other's experiences with it.
I've just tried this deck with a few minor changes -Biased Reporting, - 1 Code Replicator, 1+ Breached, +1 Mwanza. Awesome deck! Economy felt good, and the servers pretty punishing too! I'm going to play this deck a lot more!
