Brave Lat - 1st at North Regional

This is the Lat I took to the North Regional yesterday, with the intention of trying out the list. Naturally I made a few changes from Sokka's list to make it slightly worse, but that's fine. Having last played shaper in a tournament over 5 years ago, I definitely wasn't looking to bring finite breakers only, while getting used to playing the Lat minigame.
