Basically, the game plan is: 1.) Ice HQ and RND. 2.) Throw shocks in Archives 3.) Advance those Icewalls using Tenin (this becomes taxing to run at, even had a 12 str Ice Wall) 4.) Money up!! Reclaim those celebrity gifts if you need them. 5.) Plant that Caprice and make them cry. 6.) Fast advance using trick of light. Reclaim and repeat.
