It's time to reject your humanity!
Tell me, Hayley, how many clicks can you take in the frozen time?
You can make an argument that Netrunner has become a somewhat silly game compared to its olden days. Click economy, once so rigid and taut has loosened of late. And some rather 'bizarre' playstyles have finally opened up.
While I have shied away from Moon decks and asset spam decks there is something just too cathartic about a game plan that literally stops the runner from playing the game that begged an attempt at some jank propped up by tried and tested HB includes.
The goal is simple: Become a ruler of time. Raise your upper limit. First 5 seconds. Then 10. Then hours at a time. Create a game state where you can fast advance 5/3 agendas while the runner can't even tackle a server without playing a run event or current card first. Sure, you could probably win a lot more easily by just playing regular Netrunner but that's not what this is about. The mortal world must recognise you as a superior being!
Replay your time altering events over and over while your opponents struggle to play a single card.
Resistance is USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!!!

If you want redundancy in the deck should your Victoria Jenkins hit the bin you can double down on Load Testing and Clone Suffrage Movement.
But that would involve taking things seriously.
