As someone who's played with UWC decks, I can tell you this will be too slow vs daily casts. The only way to make UWC better than daily casts is to 1.) slow the game down 2.) run hostage to speed it up, and even then you'll still need to slow the game down. UWC is only viable in andromeda right now.
