Theophilius seems like good enough Scorch protection, have you found that you need the Plascrete too? If not, I would suggest adding in some multi-access, like Medium or Nerve Agent somehow, maybe get rid of the Cyberfeeder too and add in 2x Medium or 1x Medium 1x Nerve Agent. Other than the lack of multi-access, the deck looks solid.
