Very interesting deck Bblum. Its very similar to a deck I am running right now out of Argus. How have you liked Government Takeover? I am unsure on including it personally, although I have had a few games that I have been able to run a trap out as it. Quick questions. 1.) Do you miss Snare! It seems so vital to a hard hitting DRT build. 2.) No Vulcan? I love Vulcan to punish sideways play beside Psychic Field. The bad pub has been pretty negligible so far. Although Posted Bounty enables you to bust out double/triple scorched pretty easily. 3.) No NAPD? Seems a pretty logical include that capitalizes on the tax of the ID. I have had a lot of luck with the agenda. |

Takeover has its upsides and downsides. Mitigating the obvious downside is the fact that by the time it shows up, usually the runner has collected enough points besides that a 3 point steal will win anyway. I don't think vulcan's effect is impactful enough. If it were 4 meat damage I might consider it as a ronin type effect. But gila and hostile are critical for econ and the rest combo with mushin no shin. Likewise NAPD, it's no good to try to score it and there's no cut for it. |

I do miss snare, and data raven too. DRT is actually quite underwhelming here. 3x is too many. |

Good points. I don't run takeover, or hostile in my build right now. Gila is the workhorse of the deck for me, with beanstalks and hedge funds to fund my cheap but taxing ice. Because I often get so little bad pub, NAPD remains a pretty good choice at the moment. It becomes a 6 credit swing if they take a tag. Also Vulcan isn't necessarily the greatest outside of install/advance/advance or mushin play. But bluffing it as an aborted trap is nice with scorched or two of them can cause a flatline. And a runner who hits a psychic field on their third click can be flatlined with it. It will be a better include when the Weyland ronin drops next cycle. |

Agreed, without either Snare! or Data Raven, your DRTs probably only need to be x2. I have been trying Searchlight as a taxing piece of ice. I kind of have been looking at it as a Weyland Pup. |
this seems to be some sort of shell game nonsense
