I stole this list somewhere (can't remember which, sorry) and I made 2nd at a startup tournament with it. I'll modify it with a slightly more defensive build I guess.

I spammed assets to make runner lose tempo (or gaining much card advantage when they didn't), used Vladisibirsk to drain ressources or score then crafted scoring windows.
