NBN Glacier with Tracer Ice, Ash and Surveillance Sweep. Obviously this has not been tested yet, but if you have any ideas please let me know in the comments.

My biggest concern is the lack of economy. 6 operations and 2 marked accounts isn't a lot, especially if your plan is to defend your agendas with Ash while firing off traces (granted, most of the time the runner will be spending first, but you might still have to chip in here and there). Tollbooth will also be nearly impossible to rez, I think. Are you counting on the Runner stealing Explode-a-Paloozas? Seems risky.

That was also my biggest concern while building this deck and I'm afraid it will be a problem in a lot of games. Do you have any suggestions? I'm not sure if I want to go asset or operation economy.

You have to pare down the deck, it happens to everyone with new IDs to toy with. Playtest, playtest, playtest and then throw what doesn't fit out.
