Psi Game Bank Drain

I've been toying around with the concept of credit denial, or credit damage as a possible alternative to the Cambridge-Jinteki style net damage decks.

The goal is to force the runner into psi games and then hit them with credit denials. You should end up with a couple of nice scoring windows while the runner tries to get back on their feet.
