This is a fast advance deck with a few different tricks to score:
Scoring a 4/2 with Moon Pool costs 5 credits. Having Tranquility Home Grids out and rezzed can reduce this to only requiring 1 credit to be able to score, but if you're going to score when you're that low on credits, make sure you're scoring an Offworld Office or about to win the game.
Always score a Hybrid Release as early as you can, as this is the easiest agenda to score. The game is much harder to win if you lose both of those to the Runner.
Focus on protecting your centrals. That's where your big ICE should go, but Thimblerig and Tatu-Bola can be swapped to big ICE later so you can start with them. If you can, try and rush out an agenda early by putting a Thimblerig and Tatu-Bola on one remote. Sadaka is mainly there to kill The Twinning, and I find it's most useful on R&D especially since it can reorder and draw. You can use this to help setup a score on your next turn while also denying the Runner.
Use Simulation Reset if you haven't protected your centrals well enough yet or need the money to rez the ICE there. Ideally, ditch an agenda or two and leave them in Archives when you have a Spin Doctor and keep a single agenda (and/or Moon Pool) in your hand. This gives you a possible window to score with Moon Pool in the next couple of turns. If you have a 3/2 or Moon Pool in hand, Simulation Reset can also be a last ditch effort to score out if you end up drawing two more agendas.
If you have a Timely Public Release with a counter but no agendas in hand, get a Spin Doctor on the table. When the Runner's turn ends, rez the Spin Doctor so that you have a chance to draw an agenda and install it with A Teia during the Runner's turn. Remember, the second card installed by A Teia can't be score on the turn it's installed, so you have to do this part on the Runner's turn.
