Yeah, it lives. Rotage already posted that this version of Dyper lives. But can confirm, it works. I recommend what the others have done, -1 Clone Chip and +1 Political Operative.

Without a doubt. You want every chance of drawing money you can get. This deck finishes most games with very few credits, not drawing a peace for 9 credits is devastating.

Most people don't try to stack ice against you too high, so you typically don't need all your clone chips.
