This is a deck Ive been piloting since before SC season started. It's only lost two games I can think of in testing, and is 7-0 in Store Championship play (6 flatlines). It's bested Leela (twice), Haley, Reina, Noise, Whizzard, and Eddie Kim. I wont claim to have played it against dumbfork, but the games Ive played where I expect Faust was in the deck, it didn't do much work for the runner.
Playing this isn't difficult. Go for the score. Don't worry that Profiteering is giving them bad pub to make runs with. That wont help them much when you use the 15 you gained from scoring the turn before to Midseasons or News Team. Yes, take the 15 every time.
Don't score the Quantums unless you have to. Stick them in a server or trash them behind a Data Raven so they are forced to take the tag to score them for you.
Above all else, remember that you can trash the resources of a tagged runner! If that means sacking an agenda so you can trash their money cards, go for it. That can open a lot of scoring windows and or buy you more time to find your kill combo.
