[Startup] Deep dive Lat 2de @Brussels Circuit Opener

This deck has proven to be very good (yet still easy to pilot). I made some changes since last time. I cut legwork and replaced it with Light the Fire! In startup jailbreak has almost the same value as legwork and against some matchup you need a Light the Fire! Another change I made is swap 2 VRcation for 2 Telewok Contract. After a lot of games I find VRcation rather awkward in some situations. Telework Contract does the oposite, it makes going for Lat draws very smooth, you woud be suprised how many times youre in the situations where you have the same amount of cards as corp and 1 click left, a click Telework Contract feels good in that situation.
