Deck built for Team Tournament in Chile using Current Format*.
I really wanted to play Noise for this one, was a huge fan of him until meta killed him. Thought limited card pool might be a good opportunity to bring him back. The initial idea was to jam every single virus in there (no Cache or Lampreys in this format) including Diwans and Gravediggers, but it ended being really inconsistent.
After testing it (and failing) I took a friend's advice to rely on ParaSifr as a main source of pressure and virus just to maintaining that. Tapwrm with SacCons is beautiful and makes money rain from the sky (well, kinda). Also early Tech Writters are great too. Idea is to build pressure in centrals and end it in R&D (or Archives if mills have gotten high). Money was not an issue, but finding breakers kind of was so that's why there's 3 of each, might be overkill but the deck works as is.
After second thought this build might work best in another ID, but at least for now I get to play my beloved Noise. It has done alright in testing (couple wins) but it's really hard to tell playing against full card pool decks in jinteki.net, being killed by Midseasons a lot but that card is not in Current Format so I'll take those as wins (hehe).
Ended up being a 46-card deck, but I really like Bhagat as a second source of milling, might be a mistake but oh well...
*: 'Current' is a custom format that uses a smaller card pool in order to lower the entrances barrier to new players. It uses: Core Set (up to 3 boxes) + Deluxe boxes + Mumbad cycle + Flashpoint cycle + Red Sands cycle (up to Station One).
