Yes this actually works, I tried it. Red Level installing a Bass and getting a click. Click the Bass. Install a 5/3 agenda. Use Mirrormorph's free click to advance the agenda. Use your remaining three clicks and a Biotic Labor to score. There are alternative approaches involving pre-installed Basses, Sansans, Subliminal to let you trigger your ID without losing a click, or multiple copies of some of these cards.
