Welcome to a great game! Here's some comments to get you started:
First of all, you seem to be unnecessarily diluted - both by going over 45 cards, and by not using 3x of the most efficient economy cards you have available. I'd go up to 3x of both Dirty Laundry and Sure Gamble.
You can drop your Armitage since you have Magnum Opus. Speaking of, you can easily get away with only playing 1 copy of MO, and just going up to 3x of Self-modifying Code - that card is just massively useful, enough so that I often Clone Chip it back (CC is another thing I'd play 3 of). Those two cards together basically mean you get to fish for whatever you need, whenever you need it - including mid-run!
Switch the Exploratory Romp for Escher - if you find you run into advanced traps too much, you can always fit in 2 Infiltrations later.
I probably wouldn't bother with Borrowed Satellite, since you don't have any way to actually benefit from the increased link (there are some ways in the first cycle, like Underworld Contact and the cloud breakers). Ice Analyzer has always been a bit "meh" for me, if you find it's not performing to your expectations you can swap it for a second Professional Contacts - that card is only really useful if you play it early, so you want to be running multiples.
1 Cyber-cypher and 2 Gordian blade is a bit weird, if anything I'd play them in reversed quantities - you can use Cyber-cyphers selectively, eventually replacing them with a Gordian if it turns out to be the right thing to do.
Pipeline is outright horrible, you probably should switch it for Ninja, and only keep one copy (you do have spare influence). Mimic is another popular choice, although you'd need Datasuckers to support it. If you're going to run Cloak and Dagger, you need to pack all 3 Cloaks - otherwise Dagger will be useless most of the time.
Battering Ram is probably too memory-intensive, since you're running Desperado as your console. I'd probably drop the Special Order (you have Self-Mod Code anyway) to free up influence and get a single Corroder instead. Inti is a reasonable enough early breaker, just don't get murdered economically using it for bigger stuff.
Other than that, looks nice! Good luck with it :)
