Imping Ain't Easy

Playing Imp in my Faust Kate deck has made me rediscover how delightfully annoying it is for corps. Getting free extra peeks in R&D, nabbing economy and annoying ice, depleting the corp's meat damage fusillades, busting Campaigns for no charge... it's a gem people still manage to sleep on.

This is overall a pretty boring Gabe deck (playing exactly 1 card printed after the first two cores and first two cycles, no less) spiced up with two Imps to punish runners further who are too scared of Account Siphon assaults to rez HQ ice. Deja Vu is a lovely multi-purpose tool (stolen from Vendetta) that protects your icebreakers from being lost and also lets you get back both Imps to renew the agony.

The icebreaker suite is obviously a bit rubbish, but those are the wages of Imping. Peacock is a tolerable agony. The hope, of course, is that you can just not have to deal with the problem by laying waste to their economy before going for those remotes.
