Imprecise Punishment - 4-2 @ Worlds 2021

Kill em with punitive if they rudely steal from you. Kill them with Neurospike after you score. Reduce their handsize with Brainstorm to make it easier to do the aforementioned killing.

Ice could be better. bran is a mistake. Maybe rototurret as well?

Brainstorm landed 2 5 brain damage hits for me that gave me time to find the killing tools.

This did 4-2 today. I played runner for the round 7 241.
