This is the deck I brought to the Italian Nationals - 59 player, 6 swiss round and a top 8 cut.
This deck went 5 - 1 in the swiss, losing only a game to the HB deck of b4ralai (http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/25962/vitruvius-s-de-architectura-2nd-place-italian-national), and 2 - 1 in the top 8, losing again to b4ralai :-/
Whizzard was very strong in the tournament meta, denying economic assets to the corp without losing tempo. Also Medium digs are more dangerous with this identity, as you can trash assets with your ability and see more new cards during the next run on R&D.
Hacktivist Meeting is a scary card, and won me a critical game when the corp had to rez un upgrade and trashed a 5/3 agenda. Knifed could be renamed "Scalpeled" as it is a surgical tool that can create an unexpected opening in a server, trashing a taxing ICE like Eli 1.0 or Spiderweb.
This deck can both rush a win with Medium, recurred Parasites and Datasucker, or prepare for the long game. Against a brutal NEXT Design glacier deck I installed the full rig of Grimoire, Mimic, Corroder, Yog.0, Medium, D4v1d and Net-Ready Eyes.
I've been playing SMC Whizzard for over a year now and I cannot fathom not including Stimhack. Granted you're at 2 SMC not 3, but IMO the Hacktivist should be a Stimhack. Stimhack is never dead, whereas Hactivist sometimes is. Other than that, grats on your performance.
