Based on Xanatos Gambit.
The idea of the initial deck revolves around Mandatory Upgrades and Mushin No Shin using Cybernetics Division. I feel the idea behind the deck worked better with The Foundry as it allows building a better defence. I am convinced the deck would work best with Media Blitz but I am limited to the Underway here.
