The key here is the Stim Dealer, the Beach Party/Adjusted Chronotype combo, and if you have the credits for it, the Rachel Beckman comes in handy too (unless NBN hits a Breaking News, curse them).

If you get that rig out, you can have the two turns of extra clicks from the Stim Dealer, then one sad turn of regular four clicks and you get Brain Damaged, but you have the Beach Party hand size to keep the Brain Damage from having any real effect, and Rachel is just silly when she gives you the sixth click.

Now, what do you do with all those clicks? I don't know. Maybe just try what I do and run for days. I hit HQ, R&D, Archives, Notoriety, Notoriety, Notoriety.
