This is an attempt of a version of tyrellian's Noise deck. Whereas, his slowed down the Corp for one or two giant medium runs, this one does not run at all (hence the name). Just virus nonsense and mill them out. Will be more difficult to do with so many Museums and Sponsorships in play. Too many cards? Probably, but because you don't really need a rig setup, any card you draw should be useful (and Earthrise and Peddlers are there to speed it up). The only combo setup would be the Progenitor>Hivemind really, and that's not necessary; it just helps with the Cyberdex and purges. Just slow the Corp down while milling their cards. Probably won't work, and may be less fun than Faust-ing them (which also isn't fun), but there you go.

Because with Hivemind, the Chakanas can get filled up without having to run, and thus create a huge slow down for the Corp. Because of influence cost, I eliminated the Cache/Aesop's combo (which was a big part of the Can O' Whupass), but replaced that economy with the Tech Writer. The influence was full due to adding The Source to add even more slowdown to the Corp scoring, and since you don't run, you don't care about the extra tax to steal agendas. |

I think I'd go with Cache; cheap virus and more econ. I like the recursion of Clone Chip for more virus installs, but seems less good since you're not running. Same with Hades Shard; you could go for the giant archive win at some point, but it also involves a run (and I imagine once the Corp sees what you're doing, they will protect archives pretty heavily since the shard is a common tactic). There are no breakers in this deck, so running isn't even really an option. |

Doh, you're right! You could even split the difference; one Hades Shard and two Cache for the LARLA. |
If you aren't running why don't you add 3 Cache instead of Chakana? 1 less credit, investment on play, lower influence and still mills a card. Fit in a couple Aesops for added value for installing and trashing your viruses. May want at least 1 Faust to trash the Museums.
