If you are not also running sure gamble, then the influence spent on lucky find seems misguided. Its 1 credit better than sure gamble, presuming you have 5 credits to start. So a case could be made for lucky find if you find that you are usually at 3 credits, but other than that switching to sure gamble frees up 6 influence.

With that influence you could do a lot of cool stuff, like through one recurrable legwork in (maybe swapped for one indexing).

S&W counters nisei (though you will still have to run on her once), but it doesn't really counter Jackson as well as you might think. Some decks will leave him unrezzed up until the point they need him, so just make sure you have a plan for that. Not saying to take it out but just realize its not a silver bullet. I do like it to counter some new cards like Tori Hanzo.

Other than that it seems like a really tidy build. I like the inclusion of notoriety. I suppose that slot in my deck was taken up by infiltration. I don't think one is better or worse than the other, just different play styles.

On that note, I've been looking longingly at Lemuria, with the new prevalence on traps and mushin bluffs and whatnot. The extra click is hard to swallow though, unless you're getting value out of the HQ run also.

I see your point about Sure Gamble, up until this rev I had copies of it in the deck. 1 extra credit for the influence cost doesn't seem worth it in retrospect. I'll either put sure gamble back in and keep both or I'll swap Lucky Find out entirely.

One of the intents behind my version of this deck is to keep the focus on indexing R&D, and knowing/manipulating what the corp is drawing for cards. With that in mind Legwork doesn't make a ton of sense except for the early game (and with only one copy that seems low probability).

I see the point about Jackson, but I suspect that there will be a lot of Caprice decks since she is so powerful. I suppose I could be proven wrong on this point, time will tell.

Because I'm running Kate vs. CT, I managed to fit both Infiltration and Notoriety in. I think Infiltration will be better early game, to sniff out traps vs. Agendas, and Notoriety will be better late game as a finisher.

What would you spend the influence on? I'm almost always looking to me the deck work 'faster' and cheaper.

Also (no offense) you tend to look for less 'interactive' plays .. aka .. no matter what the corp is doing you can do what you want. In this case you want to keep your access to R&D open, so perhaps thinking about what the corp could do to keep you out and countering that.

Fair point (as my friend Bryan would say). That is part of the reason for the Infiltrations, so I can know when to focus on what the corp is doing. It's also why I like Femme so much for this deck, I can keep scavenging her on to different R&D ice to keep it open, which seems to consistently work.

After your earlier comments I'm getting inclined to add inside job or keyhole. Any thoughts?

Inside job is damn surprising in shaper .. and could very well win games. At worst you could look at it like econ. Lets say the outside breaker on R&D would take you 5 credits to break .. then inside job becomes like an easy mark. Indexing and Keyhole have counter-synergy, I think. I'd prob add RDI before keyhole, if you are running indexing.
