This is a Leela deck that uses Rogue Trading and Counter Surveillance to win.
It originally contained a large resource protection package, but I eventually realized that they were wasted slots, and that by upping the aggression and remote pressure, I could simply let tempo protect my Rogue Tradings. That, and add other ways to make money.
In case you're wondering, yes, this deck loses to Boom! and High-Profile Target, making it a very risky choice to bring to a tournament. I almost went with a safer Freedom list, but was convinced by my testing partners to play the deck that was in my heart, which is this pile over here. (On the day, I dodged Weyland for 2 rounds, and then lost narrowly to Titan in the cut, so luck was on my side matchup-wise).
This deck is a blast to play, but it is also a profoundly bad idea if there's lots of Weyland in your meta, which in 2018 is actually possible/likely!
Why That Card Tho:
Embezzle: Because we need to punch the Corp in the mouth early on and make money. Call operation against pretty much anyone. Feels good against Titan (maybe you can keep them from scoring the Atlas that fetches the Boom! that kills you!)
Express Delivery: Because we need to find certain cards at certain times, and lots of cards in this deck kind of sit in your hand, so picking 1 from the top 4 is actually better than drawing a bunch. Earthrise would just get sniped, and Fisk speeds them up too much.
Interdiction: If they put an upgrade on R&D before the big CS run, they might forget to rez it, so then we can Interdiction to protect ourselves from Crisium Grid.
Logos: It's probably the best draw card for Leela? It's up there. Tutors are hot.
This was my first Regional, and my first time making the cut at a tournament. Everyone at Beyond the Dungeon was awesome. I love this game.
Update: Changed the title of the list to something more descriptive.
